The 7 color mountain tour or rainbow mountain is located at an altitude of 5200 meters above sea level, about 80 kilometers southeast of Cusco is one of the most visited attractions after Machupicchu in Cusco, Peru known for the colors of its mountains in a unique setting of towering peaks and glaciers that have shades of natural colors that give a unique look called the mountain of colors that were formed more than 65 million years ago where the predominant colors pink, white, purple, red, green and which are the product of the oxidation of minerals. The tour to the mountain of colors starts very early with the pick up from your hotel at 04:30 am.

• The tour starts from the city of Cusco to our first stop in the district of Cusipata (3300 meters above sea level) in a 2 hour trip to have our buffet breakfast in a tourist restaurant.
• After breakfast we will depart to the community of Phulawasipata (4625 masl), the official starting point of the trek to the mountain of colors. It is here where we will receive all the indications from the tour guide before making the ascent hike of more than 2 hours.
• During the course of the hike we will be able to see high Andean animals such as llamas, alpacas in a natural grazing area and we can also have the view of the snowy Ausangate (6385 masl) one of the main mountains of Cusco considered as a sacred mountain and highly respected by local communities considered the protector of the entire territory.
• After a hard walk of 2 hours we will have the view of the mountain of colors at an altitude of 5200 masl, the place shows a natural panorama of shades in the mountain that is due to the oxidation of minerals that give a unique view of natural colors and place of attraction for all tourists, in this place we will have a guided by the guide who will give us more details about this attraction followed by time to take pictures and feel the positive energy that this place offers us.

• After having had our lunch we will board the bus to finally return to the city of Cusco arriving at an average of 17:00 hrs, the bus will leave you in the historic center of Cusco.
