Itinerary summary

• The tour starts with the pick up at 06:00 hrs. from the hotel in the historic center of the city of Arequipa, we will depart to the Salinas Lake in a tourist bus in a tour of history and adventure.
• Our first stop will be at the viewpoint of Chiguata to have a magnificent view of the most representative volcanoes and we will have time to take pictures. Later we will go to the town center of Chiguata where we can visit the main square where the main church called Espiritu Santo and then have breakfast in a traditional restaurant in the area.
• We will continue our tour with the trip to our stopping point called Alto Simbral (4200 masl) where there is a forest of Queuña, Tola, Yareta, etc. plantations.
• After that we will visit the Salar de la Laguna de Salinas where we will have enough time to stop for a free observation of flamingos, parihuanas and the water mirrors of the salar itself (January - March) and a sighting of llamas, alpacas and vicuñas.
